Overseas CO Programs

The Department of State, Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) funds the provision of Cultural Orientation (CO) to U.S.-bound refugees in locations around the world. PRM contracts with the Resettlement Support Center (RSC) in each location to develop and deliver accurate and relevant orientation, based upon the contents of Welcome to the United States: A Guidebook for Refugees.
